Next Synergy Solutions’ scope included populating the model of the building and furniture as per the design and populating GFC drawings of each piece of furniture equipment. Engaged by a Project Management Consultant (PMC) as a BIM advisor and coordinator for a multinational company’s corporate headquarters, our comprehensive task was to develop an architectural-interior fit-out model in accordance with the client’s specifications.
The primary objective of this project was to produce General Floor Plan (GFC) drawings and room data sheets, including asset tagging, and facilitate coordination efforts. Upon achieving a clash-free model, we populated GFC drawings for each room, incorporating detailed finishing information.
