Throughout his career, Nitin has held leadership roles that provided firsthand exposure to the challenges faced by AECO industry. These experiences shaped his belief that technology, when implemented strategically, can bridge the gap between design, construction, operations, and business objectives while delivering better project outcomes. Recognizing the growing need for reliable and scalable digital solutions, Nitin co-founded Next Synergy with a vision to help organizations accelerate their digital transformation journey and unlock greater value through technology-driven solutions. As Co-Founder, Nitin leads Account Management, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Client Success initiatives.
